My order showed up fine in the end, but the shipping was slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and wondering if something went wrong, which felt like wasted energy for a simple delivery. Not the worst experience, but definitely a bit annoying

I couldn’t find much on the site that I thought was cute. A lot of the designs felt old, the colors were kind of dull, and most of the outfits just weren’t my style at all. Some of the looks were ridiculous compared to what I was expecting.

The dress arrived in good shape and there wasn’t anything wrong with it quality-wise, but the color was a little more muted than it looked in the pictures. It’s still wearable, so I don’t want to make a huge deal out of it, but I do think it’s only fair for shoppers to know it may not look exactly the same in person.

I ordered from Artizara the delivery was solid overall. The tracking took about a day to update, which had me checking way too often like my life depended on it, but once it kicked in, everything was fine. The package showed up within the time they promised, so no real drama there. It wasn’t super speedy or anything, but nothing arrived damaged and everything was packed safely. I’m giving 4 stars because I would’ve loved it to be a little quicker, but I’d definitely order from them again...

I’m not happy with the quality at all. It feels really cheap, like something that won’t hold up for long. For what I paid, I expected way better. Make it make sense.

I ordered a dress and ended up needing to exchange it, but the whole return process was way more confusing than it shouldve been. The steps werent clear, everything felt slow, and customer service took forever to get back to me. It just wasnt worth the stress, so I wont be ordering from them again.

I tried using it on my phone and... yeah, it wasn’t great. The pages took a while to load, and when I got to checkout, I kept getting confused about what to do next. It just felt harder than it needed to be.

i thought it was overpriced for the quality. i was expecting more for what i paid, but it just didn’t really feel worth it. probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I was actually ready to place an order from artizara, but so many of the things I liked were just not available. Like, sizes gone, colors gone, and some items are still listed even though you can’t actually buy them. It gets annoying, really annoying, to browse around for a while and then realize almost nothing is in stock. I just wish they kept the site updated better.
